The Association of Small Scale Enterprises in Tourism (ASSET) in collaboration with tourism stakeholders in the Gambia is jointly organizing a SeneGambian responsible tourism trade fair with the National Organisation for Tourism Integration in Senegal (ONITS) from 31st of October - 4th of November 2007 at the Place de L'Independence in Dakar , Senegal .

The fair called “MBOKA” symbolising the historical and cultural ties linking the people of the two countries will be used as a platform to promote responsible tourism in the two countries. This is going to be an international professional fair which aims at sensitizing the travel and tourism businesses including international tour operators on the huge potential the Gambia and Senegal have on responsible tourism. It is also going to be a good opportunity for our members to showcase their products and services to the world.
